Martial arts helps build a healthy mind and body

We all know marital arts training is a great form of exercise but as The Independent reports, there is new research that suggests training goes beyond just improving your physical well being.

The researchers found that the martial arts training reduced the level of aggressive behaviour in boys, and found that they were more likely to step in and help someone who was being bullied than before they took part in the training.
