Since 1991, Sealy Karate has been the Dojo of choice for martial arts enthusiasts of all ages. We emphasize respect, self-discipline, and confidence in a safe, controlled environment. Our training combines Shorinji Ryu Karate with Boxing, Jiu-jitsu and Aikido techniques for practical self-defense, fitness, and artistry.

Traditional Martial Arts
Our classes emphasize martial arts basics, practical self-defense, traditional kata, and functional fitness. We recognize that every student learns differently, so testing and advancement happen at each individual’s own pace. With small class sizes, our instructors can provide personalized guidance, ensuring every student develops the skills and confidence to succeed.

Ninja Training
​Our foundational program is specially designed for our youngest students. Classes combine fun activities with the basics of martial arts, helping children build coordination, balance, and fitness. Along the way, they also learn important social skills like respect, self-control, and self-discipline — all while growing in confidence.

Birthday Parties
Two of our highly skilled Black Belt team members will entertain with games and martial arts instruction at your chosen location or ours. Our on-site packages include invitations, pizza, set up, clean up, and a complimentary T-shirt for the birthday child.

Traidtional Martial Arts - Private Coaching
Private training complements our martial arts classes by offering personalized attention, customized curriculum, faster progress, flexibility, confidence-building, in-depth feedback, injury prevention, and goal achievement. Our anti-bullying seminars provide numerous benefits, including increased awareness, self-defense skills, confidence building, conflict resolution strategies, emotional resilience, and the promotion of a culture of respect and support. Our goal is to empower participants to recognize, prevent, and address bullying effectively.
