About Sealy Karate Schools
Founded in 1991, our mission has always been to combine tradition and innovation, emphasizing self defense and self-discovery rather than competition. We pride ourselves on inner-development over solely outward display. At Sealy Karate Schools your time spent training is an opportunity to build confidence, discipline and both mental and physical strength.

Cristin began her training in 1997, focusing on self-defense and fitness. As she witnessed the positive impact of Sealy Karate Schools' programs on her son, her passion grew, leading her to earn her Black Belt and become an instructor. Since 2001, Cristin has continually upgraded her coaching knowledge and skills through courses in fitness, nutrition, and working with exceptional populations, including students with physical and mental disabilities. In addition to her martial arts journey, she’s had success as a fitness competitor and currently competes with Team Girls Get Gritty in cycling.
